Due to organizational and financial reasons we regret to inform that the 4th Regional Conference of our Centre - originally foreseen for the beginning of October 2009 - has to be delayed.
We hope to be in the conditions to restart this project with the original goals in a reasonable span of time, having found other and different financial resources.
